Katie Holmes Pictured Wearing Kristin Pasternak Fine Jewelry - TWICE!

To say that we're excited that Katie Holmes was photographed while wearing our Granulation Circle Necklace in 18K Yellow Gold, not once, but TWICE, is a complete understatement! We're thrilled, elated, ecstatic and just downright giddy!

On July 2, 2010 Katie Holmes was snapped wearing the 18K version of the Granulation Circle Necklace while shopping at the Westfield Mall with hubby, Tom Cruise, and oh-so-adorable, ice cream-lovin' daughter, Suri.

Later in the month, on July 19th, 2010, Katie wore the same necklace while shopping with Suri in Toronto during a filming break from the History Channel's new mini series, "The Kennedys."

Henri Bendel Trunk Show & Silver Collection Launch Recap

Good morning, friends!

I just returned from my compulsory Saturday AM Starbucks run and it's already feeling uncomfortably hot. What is going on with this NYC heat wave?! It's already 86 degrees and it's only 10am...no bueno, NYC.

But I digress, back to the topic at hand - our Kristin Pasternak Fine Jewelry Trunk Show at Henri Bendel. First of all, Carrie and I want to thank all of our friends and family who stopped by the Fifth Avenue store during the three day trunk show - it meant so much to see you all there!

The launch of our NEW Sterling Silver Collection went swimmingly and we had such a wonderful time meeting new clients from all over the U.S. and around the world. During a spare moment (which were few and far between - the Fifth Avenue location has a LOT of foot traffic!) we snapped some pictures of the scene to share with you all.

Please excuse the iPhone picture quality!

Thank you all for your continued support - we couldn't do this without you!

Now on to preparations for the JA New York Summer Show New Designer Gallery!

Wimbledon: Centre Court Style File

It's no secret that I enjoy watching and playing tennis. If you follow KPFJ on twitter, then you also know that I'm a diehard Rafael Nadal fan and that I was ecstatic that he followed up his tournament win at Roland Garros with the title at Wimbledon this year! (Now on to the US Open in August!)

How cute is Rafa in his tux at the 2010 Wimbledon champions dinner? (image via gossipcenter.com)

And as you might imagine, the combination of tennis and fashion makes me positively giddy. Consequently, I was delighted to see GQ's Wimbledon Edition of The Wandering Eye pop up in my Twitter feed this morning with some great "street style" shots by Gordon Von Steiner. London was uncharacteristically hot during the two week tournament and Von Steiner captured a number of fantastic images of Wimbledon staff and attendees in their preppy summer duds. Below are some of my favorite pics.

And one Rafa action shot for good measure...le sigh.

Happy 4th of July!

As we celebrate the 234th anniversary of our nation's independence with family picnics and fireworks displays, let us not forget the great sacrifices that have been made by generations of Americans for the freedom that we are so fortunate to enjoy today.

"The God who gave us life, gave us liberty at the same time; the hand of force may destroy, but cannot disjoin them." - THOMAS JEFFERSON Summary View of the Rights of British America (1774)

Happy 234th Birthday, America!
