Fresh Summer Designs Just in Time for L'Armoire Trunk Show!

Hello, hello!

Didn't this week go by so quickly? I can hardly believe that it's (almost) the weekend!

Hopefully, tomorrow you have a Summer Friday off from work (or at the very least, your office closes by 1pm!) and you have plans to make a beeline to a beach near you (a la my partner in crime, CP.)

I've been working away preparing from the 2 day KPFJ trunk show extravaganza at L'Armoire in New Canaan and I thought I'd give you all a little preview off some new pieces that I'll be showing tomorrow and Saturday. DISCLAIMER: These pieces are so new that they are still awaiting professional photography and aren't even up on the website yet (but we're working on it)! Alas, my amateur photos will have to suffice for now...

May I introduce you to the Granulation Cabochon Pendant in 18K yellow gold that has been recycled and refined and set with one 6mm cabochon shown below (left to right) in four stone options: Pink Tourmaline, Peridot, Turquoise and Madeira Citrine.

Why hello there, my pretties! My photography skills don't do these jewels justice!

These babies look great worn alone or layered with shorter (16" chain) or longer (20" + chain) necklaces. The 18" chain makes this pendant the perfect length for layering. The fresh, vibrant colors are fresh for the summer and will look beautiful with a little white dress and gold sandals! I'm envisioning a very Santorini-feeling ensemble. Here's a little inspiration...

The necklaces retail between $895 - $925 depending upon the stone and they will be available tomorrow at L'Armoire for the first time.

Bonjour, Mes Amis!

Our posts have been few and far between as of late, but we promise that we will make a concerted effort to increase our weekly posts average to a respectable level once again ASAP. But just in case you were wondering, the absence of your blog readership was duly noted (thank you, Google Analytics) and your presence was sorely missed!

One of the reasons we've been quite busy lately is that we've been preparing for our very first trunk show at the fabulously chic New Canaan, CT boutique L'Armoire this Friday, June 25th - Saturday, June 26th!!! We couldn't be more thrilled to partner with L'Armoire owner and resident fashion extraordinaire, Diane Roth, to present our 18K Yellow Gold Collection to our friends in CT.

Kristin Pasternak Fine Jewelry Launch Party

If you've been following KPFJ on Facebook or Twitter, you may recall that a couple of weeks ago we had our very own launch party for the first Kristin Pasternak Fine Jewelry collection!

The event was hosted at the fabulous Peter Tunney Gallery on Fifth Avenue and 52nd Street - the central location in midtown combined with Peter's amazing art work proved to be the perfect setting for our launch party.

Guests sipped on Piper-Heidsieck Brut Champagne (Piper-Heidsieck graciously sponsored the event) and nibbled on lux Swiss chocolates from Nespresso.

We could not have scheduled the party on a more beautiful Spring evening. Family and friends mingled with buyers, fashion and jewelry editors and bloggers.

Guest of a Guest was there to capture the festivities and they even did a little write up on the event which was up on the GofG site the very next day!
